Elon Musk has certainly been in the news a lot recently, and he is regularly criticized for the things that he says and does. This includes being criticized by his estranged child, Vivian Wilson.
21-year-old Vivian Wilson is the daughter of Elon Musk and author Justine Wilson. Recently, Vivian made an entrance into the world of drag on June 13 using the name Vivllainous.
The performance took place during the SAVE HER! Drag benefit at The Bellwether in downtown Los Angeles. It was an activist driven drag showcase themed around the environment and spearheaded by drag artist and climate activist, Pattie Gonia.
Funds from the event were for the legal defense efforts that supported the detaining of immigrants during the crackdowns in the city.
Vivian was wearing a black bodysuit and translucent core set when they took the stage to deliver a lip-synch to JJ’s ‘Wasted Love’. At one part of the performance, she whipped her hair and lifted a transgender pride flag, and the crowd was on their feet.
Fellow drag artist Noxxia Datura provided Vivian’s glam for the evening. They also proudly shared the transformation on Instagram. “Painted @vivllainous for her drag debut at the SAVE HER! show. Love you so much doll, ty for the faceeeee.”
Vivian did hair flips, back bends, and everything they did was with a lot of style. They also shared the stage with many others, including Vera!, Nini Coco, Skirt Cocaine, Jacob Ostler, and Trudy Tective.
This debut comes on the heels of headlines about the distance that has grown between her and her father, Elon. In a cover story, she got personal about the split, saying how her mother supported her transition in 2020.
She said: “She was very supportive of my transition. She is a published writer of supernatural romance fiction, which is where I get all my Vivian-isms.”
She also spoke about the different ways that her parents reacted to the transition. Her mother was on her side but her father, Elon, did not support her.
She said: “Honestly, we hadn’t spoken in months,” she said. “First of all, I had not talked to him in months — in months — so I had to get f*****g parental consent to get testosterone blockers and (hormone replacement therapy).”
